Clients across the United States are served through a single laboratory, in California, rather than a patchwork of regional sites. For most owners this means a biopsy taken by a local veterinarian, which travels chilled in transport medium to our California laboratory, is placed in culture on arrival, and is tested before being banked. Distances within the US vary enormously – a client in New York and a client in Oregon face very different shipping times – which is part of why pricing here is set by consultation rather than a flat national figure.

We find this honest rather than evasive: a fixed number that ignores the real differences in distance and courier arrangements would be a worse kind of promise than none at all. A short call establishes your state, your veterinarian's availability, and an accurate quote before anything is booked.

Once the biopsy reaches California, the process does not differ from any other laboratory in our network: culture, testing, and roughly three weeks until the line is established. From there, a portion of the line is packed into a dry shipper, which holds cryogenic temperature for more than a week, and sent to our vault in Abu Dhabi. Shipping between our laboratories is included in the banking fee – it is not billed separately.

US clients draw on a banked line for the same three things anyone does: genetic testing, veterinarian-prescribed regenerative therapy, and, for those who decide later, cloning – cats from $65,000, dogs from $85,000, confirmed exactly at consultation.

Clients across the region move between us as their own travel allows. We also serve Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Sharjah, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, California, the United States and Japan. Wherever you are collected, the line is cultured once and mirrored in two cities before it is considered banked.
