Animal cell banking and cloning are offered by a small number of laboratories worldwide. This page describes how Reem Bio works, so that you can compare it with any provider you are considering. We do not quote other companies' prices, because we cannot verify them.

The model

Many providers present cloning as the product and banking as a step towards it. We reverse that. Preservation is complete in itself; banking never commits you to cloning, and most of our clients never clone. This changes the conversation: we can recommend banking early, when an animal is young and healthy, without any pressure to decide the rest.

Are prices published in full?: Yes – on every service page and on the home page.
Is the line mirrored?: Yes – every line is held in two cities.
Who owns the cells?: You do. We are custodian – see Trust and custody.
What if the company closes?: A named successor custodian, 90 days' notice, free transfer.
Is there a lab in the region?: Yes – Abu Dhabi and Bahrain, with Doha and Riyadh next.
Which species?: Dogs, cats, camels, horses; birds for preservation only.

Choosing well

Whoever you choose, ask to see a growth record, a viability result after thawing and the custody terms in writing. A good laboratory will be glad to show you all three. Ours are described on Preserve and Science.
