Which parts are sampled?

Skin. The veterinarian decides where, usually a small area of the ear or flank, and nothing else is disturbed.

The standard cell-banking price – $5,000 in the UAE, $6,500 elsewhere in the GCC. There is no urgency fee, day or night.

What if the line does not grow?

We tell you within three weeks and charge only the collection. We never bank a line we cannot stand behind.

Should I put the body in the freezer?

No. Freezing without protective medium destroys cells. Cool, not frozen.

The first 72 hours

What to do now

Message us on WhatsApp before anything else is arranged – day or night, a veterinarian replies. Then move the body to the coolest room you have, or a refrigerator if it fits, and wrap it in a clean damp cloth. Do not freeze it: ice crystals destroy the cells we need. You do not need to decide anything about the future now. Keeping the body cool keeps the choice open.

What happens next

A veterinarian comes to you – at home, at your clinic or at the stable – and takes a small skin sample in a few minutes. The sample travels to the laboratory in transport medium and is placed in culture the same day. Within three weeks we know whether a line is growing, and we tell you what we see.
