What we keep,and why.

We collect only what we need to care for your animal's cells, and we never sell it. Genetic data is treated as the most sensitive of all.

What we collect
Your name and contact details; your animal's name, species, breed and age; veterinary notes relevant to collection; the growth record and genetic data of the line.
Why
To collect, grow, test and store the line; to issue certificates and reports; to contact you about storage and your instructions.
Retention
For as long as we hold the line, and six years after it is transferred or destroyed, to meet record-keeping duties. Genetic data is deleted with the line on request.
Sharing
Only with the partner clinics and laboratories involved in your service, under confidentiality agreements, and with authorities where law requires. Never with insurers, registries or marketers without your written consent.
Your rights
To see, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent, by writing to us. We reply within 30 days.
